How unique is the Philippines? In this essay, you will find out more information about the Philippines and how it stands out from other countries.
The Philippines got its name from a Spanish king. It has an estimated area of 300,000 km2 and is made up of 7,107 islands. The Philippines is also divided into 17 regions with 80 provinces. The Philippines is located in Southeast Asia in 4-21 North latitude and 116-127 East longitude. The neighboring countries of the Philippines on the north is Taiwan, China, Japan, and South Korea. In the south is Borneo, Brunei, and Indonesia. On the west is Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and Malaysia. Finally, on the East is Guam, Marianas, and Micronesia.
Why should you visit the Philippines? The Philippines is a very fun country. It experiences a tropical climate. Therefore, it is hot and humid. Since the Philippines is a hot and humid country, people usually wear pants, shorts, slippers/sandals, sneakers, and regular shirts. But you also have to watch out where you are going because like Baguio, during Christmas, they experience a cool temperature. What makes the Philippines so fun? The Philippines is a country where s lot of people like having fun. We, the Filipinos, love laughing and smiling even in times of disaster. The second reason why it’s more fun in the Philippines and why you should visit it is because of our tourist attractions. We have Boracay, a beach with white sand filled with thrilling acitivities. It is also known as one of the world’s best known beaches. Also, we have the Puerto Prinsesa Underground River which is part of the seven wonders of the world. Finally, you should visit the Philippines because of its strategic location. It is surrounded by water and has a large land area. Thus, we have an abundant amount of resources.
In conclusion, you should visit the Philippines because it is unique in many ways. It is known for its beaches and for its cheerful citizens. So why not visit the Philippines? After all, it’s more fun in the Philippines!
